Theresa Arndt
Theresa Arndt is associate dean for collections and discovery services at Dickinson College’s Waidner-Spahr Library, where she leads the team responsible for collection development, technical services, and discovery systems. Over the course of her career at multiple libraries, she has managed various services including reference, information literacy, and outreach. She is committed to the pursuit of sustainable funding models for achieving both equitable access to and long-term preservation of the scholarly record.
