Jonathan Grunert is the scholarly publishing librarian at the University at Buffalo, where he manages the library publishing program UB ScholarWorks. He holds an MA in history, as well as an MS and PhD in science and technology from Virginia Tech; these frameworks, along with an MSLS in library and information science from The Catholic University of America, inform his work on US public access policy.
