Rajen Munoo
Rajen Munoo is the advisor, learning programs and global relations, at Singapore Management University (SMU) Libraries. In this strategic role, he leads the externalization of SMU Libraries’ learning programs through impactful collaborations and partnerships across local, regional, and international platforms.
Rajen serves as the program manager for the Emerging Library Leaders’ Summer School for Asia-Pacific (ELLSSA) and played a key role in the pilot launch of SMU Libraries’ Masterclass Series. As part of the Instruction and Learning Services team, he supports faculty, students, and the broader SMU community by delivering high-quality, course-integrated instruction and out-of-classroom learning experiences that foster academic success.
