Rachel Miles
Rachel Miles is the assistant director for research impact and information management at Virginia Tech University Libraries. She specializes in research analytics, bibliometrics, altmetrics, researcher profiles, research information management (RIM) systems, scholarly publishing, and research communication. In her role, Rachel helps faculty and administrators with citation analysis, researcher profiles, the RIM system, and visualizing research impact data. She also provides consultations and instruction to the Psychology Department and the School of Neuroscience on literature searching, search strategies, and database inquiries.
