Lilly Hoi Sze Ho


Lilly Hoi Sze Ho is the assistant director of Collections and Content at Library & Archives NT, where she leads the Collection Development, Collection Management, and Collection Systems teams within the Northern Territory’s state library and archive services in Australia. Her primary responsibilities include providing strategic advice on the ongoing development of the library’s ICT environment, developing a sustainable approach to digital collections, and advancing the library’s digital infrastructure. Lilly represents the Northern Territory state library on the National eDeposit Steering Group and the NLSA Heads of Collection Advisory Group, and she serves as a library representative on the Standards Australia technical committee focused on learning, education, training, and research. Currently, she chairs the IFLA Acquisition and Collection Development Section and is a member of the IFLA Open Science and Scholarship Advisory Committee, as well as the PCC Standards Committee on Provider Neutral MARC Record Guidelines. Lilly is an author of journal articles and serves as a book and peer reviewer, contributing her technical knowledge and extensive experience in technical services, which align with her background and interests.
