Jane Buggle
Jane is institute librarian at Institute of Art, Design + Technology in Dublin, Ireland, and co-founder and manager of the Irish Open Access Publishers (IOAP). She is the Convenor of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) Library Publishing Special Interest Group and co-founder and chair of the Library Publishing Group of the Library Association of Ireland. She is the managing editor of the upcoming journal the IADT Journal of Research and Creativity. She is on the advisory board of the Open Institutional Publishing Association (OIPA) and the DBS Applied Research and Theory Journal. She is on the executive board of the All-Ireland Society for Higher Education Journal (AISHE-J). Jane was the program leader of the Master of Science (MSc) Information and Library Management at Dublin Business School on which she taught the Library Publishing Coalition’s Library Publishing Curriculum.
