Carsten Borchert is co-founder and CEO of SciFlow, an innovative platform for scholarly writing and publishing. After completing his studies, he worked for several years in sales at a software company. At the same time, he pursued a PhD in business administration. During this time, he experienced the challenges of academic writing firsthand and co-founded SciFlow in 2016 to relieve researchers of the burden of complex formatting, technical barriers, and unnecessary time loss. He lives in Berlin with his family and has three children.
