Bethany Wilkes
Bethany Wilkes is the deputy university librarian at Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), where she works closely with the university librarian to lead the library and to develop and advance library strategy alongside focused responsibility for the branch libraries and library exhibitions. She has a particular fondness for islands and has worked in leadership positions and roles advancing information literacy in university libraries in several parts of the world since 2005, including the University of the Virgin Islands, City University of Hong Kong, University of Alaska Southeast, and Singapore Management University. Bethany’s diverse international experiences contribute to her commitment to collaboration and international librarianship.
